Nikki Chapman is a native Northern Californian. She settled in Elk Grove after starting a family and has lived in Elk Grove with her husband and 3 children ever since. Nikki worked in the Elk Grove Unified School District as both a Teacher and a Vice-Principal for many years. Nikki left teaching to pursue her real estate license in 2016 and has earned the esteemed distinction as a Sacramento Association of Realtors- Masters Club Realtor each year. She has been teaching the Greater Sacramento area about real estate ever since and is eager to help families with, arguably, the most important experience of their lives.
